AMS Power Transformer for AMS DMX 15-80A or RMX-16. AX

For sale is a replacement Power Transformer for the AMS DMX 15-80S and RMX-16. This is a replacement toroidal transformer, custom built the AMS Delays and Reverbs. If the original transformer has failed on one of these models, the unit will blow fuses instantly. This item is a replacement for all AMS DMX and RMX models.

Like the original, the primary is a single winding with taps at 120, 220, and 240 volts. Secondary #1 is 18 VCT for the 5 volt switcher supply, #2 and #3 are 18 V for the bipolar audio rails, #4 is 150 volts for the fan.

All the wire colors match the original unit. This model is a little larger than the old transformer, but still fits comfortably in the chassis. Comes with all mounting hardware (mounting ring, neoprene washers, etc.)

Please note: repair of DMX and RMX models can be very challenging, and should only be undertaken by an experienced technician.
